The air conditioner is noisy, and the door being pulled open by the stairwell sounds like someone is banging and pushing it. The soundproofing is poor: the sound of the toilet flushing in the next room is like hearing it in your own bathroom => Anyone with a weak constitution might think the room is haunted.

Great location, close to the Old Quarter. Many good restaurants nearby, like Pho Tu Lun and Pho Oanh.

Although the location is extremely great, when I entered the room the door was open, there was still towels on the floor, a used toothbrush on the sink, there was a dead bug on the sheets, ants on the sheets and finally the toilet leaked water.

Friendly and enthusiastic staff, clean rooms, super close to the Great Church and Hoan Kiem Lake, there are also many shops around, the room's only drawback is that the soundproofing is not very good but it's okay for the price.

The hotel has a great location in the Old Quarter, just a short walk from the Cathedral, making it very convenient to get around. The staff are friendly and helpful.

Good location, very close to Hoan Kiem Lake, however the rooms are dirty, the furniture is very old, the sheets are not clean, the towels are torn, the electrical system is damaged, there is no elevator.

The room is a bit old, but the manager is very friendly and enthusiastic. I will come back to stay again when I go to Hanoi!

Nice room, clean, cozy and gasfn center convenient to hang out. But my room on the 5th floor without an elevator should walk a bit tired, especially with my baby.
