When we arrived, the room was dirty, with stains all over the floor. The sheets were dusty. The soap was completely empty, and we'd already taken a shower. The food was mediocre. The electrical outlets didn't work. The only plus was the location.

The staff is good. I asked for a little extension to pray before leaving and the staff allowed it 👍

The location is good, walkable to all the main malls. Got street foods around at night and very easy to get grab. Foods are nice, we tried the pizza and it tasted good. Breakfast was decent too. Rooms are clean and have regular cleaning in the morning. However, there were some issues: 1. The fridge was not cold; it caused our foods to stale. 2. The aircon's water was dripping every time it is on. 3. Ants on the table. The food that we put on the table will be surrounded by ants even if left for less than 1 hour. With the not-cold fridge, we actually don't know where to put the food. 4. For a big hotel, the iron is so limited. We need to request every time we want to use it, which is troublesome. Sometimes we are using it ad-hocly. We have mentioned these matters to the receptionist, but there were no actions taken until the 5th day of staying. My room was 505. I hope the hotel can make improvements.

The experience of staying at the Grand Picasso Hotel was pleasant because it was close to the main road, Thamrin City Mall, GI, and PI, as well as many food vendors and minimarkets. Access from Gambir Station and KCIC was not too far by using Grab/Gocar. The service at the hotel needs to be improved from the security guard, receptionist, not friendly, too indifferent, especially in the restaurant. When taking someone's plate without further ado, they immediately took it with a sullen face 😓. Room cleanliness was good, housekeeping service was very good, quickly responding to complaints about dirty pillows and sheets being immediately replaced. Breakfast food was delicious and varied.

One of the hotel staff, a woman, small, short, with long hair tied back, on the night shift on August 4, 2026, was unfriendly, grumpy, and impolite when delivering food orders on the rooftop of the 8th floor.

Friendly staff, strategic location and delicious food

Stay only one night but after check-in, the room was dripping water from the AC. I already called the receptionist, but there was no action taken. However, the location is strategic to the center of the city light and shopping center, the food was so-so.
