The accommodation was great, with a beautiful view, peaceful surroundings, and many photo opportunities. The sunrise was stunning. The staff were very attentive and welcoming, and the housekeeping staff were very polite. The air conditioning was quite hot during the day and didn't work very well, but it cooled effectively in the evening. It seemed like there were some ventilation holes that caused the room to cool down slowly. There was an umbrella in the room. The service was good. It's close to a massage parlor and a 7-Eleven (about 20 meters away, across the street). The parking lot across the street needs some improvement as it's overgrown with grass. Overall, very satisfactory and reasonably priced.

I love this place because the Thai local landlord is kind to my friends and me, especially informative in letting us know about landmarks in Samui Island.

Nice place and good price. The location was directly on the Lamai Beach, near with the night market, very central. Absolutely will coming back if we go to Koh Samui. We can rent motorbike directly from the receptionist, very easy.

In front of Lamai Beach that is a nice one and walking distance from Silver Beach that is a very beautiful beach ! There is a lot of massage places around and also place to rent a bike that it’s a good option when you are in Samui so you can explore the Island !
