It was too crowded; there was a long wait for breakfast and it was chaotic. The electronic locks needed resetting occasionally, and the elevators took too long to go up and down.

Very close to many notable attractions, a worthwhile experience.

Melia is close to the city center, has good customer service, rooms with nice views, and offers welcome drinks and luggage storage for early arrivals.

It would be great if the check-in time was a little more flexible for guests.
