The service was terrible. I stayed for two days and no housekeeping came to clean the room, even though I requested it multiple times. They didn't even change the towels. It's like they forgot about me after I checked in. There was absolutely no service for two nights.

The room is big, comfortable, and inexpensive. There is a breakfast room and excellent service.

Once you get in the hotel, you feel warm. Parking is provided.

Overall, it's good. But I'd like to criticize the shower in the bathroom. If any room needs to be changed, please do so. It's uncomfortable to shower in.

My stay at Satit Grand View Hotel was a mixed experience. The location is convenient, close to the Sadao border, with a 7/11 and street food nearby, which is helpful. The room itself was spacious and had its own Wi-Fi, but that 's where most of the positives end. The hotel feels old and dark, with a slightly eerie vibe. Initially, we were given a smoking room, but they did allow us to transfer to a non-smoking one. Unfortunately, this room was incredibly noisy due to a band playing nearby, and despite being on the 8th floor, we couldn't escape the sound. The room lighting was dim, which didn't help with the overall dark ambiance. The bathroom equipment seemed a bit worn and in need of repair, and the bed was harder than I would have liked. However, the complimentary breakfast was decent, a small positive. The hotel requires either a 500 Baht deposit or for you to leave your passport, which I found a bit inconvenient. There 's also a tuktuk service that can take you to a nearby bus stop (not the main station), located near Oscar Hotel. Overall, Satit Grand View is okay for a one-night stay if you really have no other options, but I wouldn't recommend it for a longer stay.
