Staff friendly, all areas clean and tidy, I got one room for 4 people. Not bad. Very quiet, on the 4th floor there is a pantry, refrigerator, and hair dryer, about 100 meters from PHYA THAI BTS STATION, about 1 km from Pratunam Market. Easy to find meals and beer from 7-Eleven.

the hotel staff was friendly when we checked in. when we entered the room on the first day, we were happy because it was neat and clean. however, on the second night we stayed, we found a dead cockroach in the bathroom. the next day we asked to be cleaned and the room was neat and clean again. We stayed here for 3 nights, our neighbors next to our room were very noisy until midnight so it disturbed our sleep. the room is not very soundproof.

You have to wait for the check-in officer until the check-in schedule at 2 PM. For the rest, you will not find the check-in staff outside the check-in time, only the cleaning staff is in the pantry. The environment is clean, the lobby is very cold, the room is spacious, quiet, and comfortable. The spacious kitchen is only the stairs to the upper floor are steep. You must be careful when bringing your suitcase to the room, the rest is safe and quiet and away from the noise of the highway, taxi access to the front of the hostel lobby.

The location is amazing! The only turn off is no elevator. The room is great, bottled water is refilled every day.

Everything was great—the accommodation, the price, and the convenience. This is my second time staying here. The first time, there was an issue with staff chatting in the co-working space. This time, the same problem occurred: the staff were noisy while eating together, creating a homely atmosphere. If this doesn't bother you, it's a really good place. I recommend it.

Great value for a budget hotel. Near BTS station and Airport Rail Link station.

Walk about 3 minutes to BTS Phaya Thai and 1 minute to 7-Eleven. Self check-in - collect your room key at front desk and no deposit are required. Nice ambient and will repeat again. But important note: No elevator/lift.

We rented a 2-storey dorm room. The room was quite clean and had a balcony. Yaksa Private is located right in the center, right next to Phaya Thai train station, very convenient to move to major entertainment spots such as Siam area, ... Highly recommend everyone to stay here if you don't have too strict requirements for the room 🥰

The hotel is located near the bts phaya Thai station, about a 3-minute walk. It 's close to 7/11 for easy shopping. However, the room is quite old, and there is no elevator (if you have a heavy suitcase and are staying on the 3rd or 4th floor, it can be quite challenging). The bathroom is dark and has a smell (my room is no. C1). I think the hotel needs to be upgraded and repaired.

The check-in staff was too quiet by Bangkok hospitality standards, but the cleaning staff were very friendly. The room was clean, but on the stairs there was a smell like dead cockroaches, although it didn't affect the smell of the room. Microwaves and drinking water dispensers are not available in the public kitchen of the building where I stay. But it's nice because there is a mini refrigerator and hair dryer in the room.
