First time staying at this hotel, booked here because it has a warm water pool. So, my little one can swim as much as he wants. I have requested for room decoration from H-1 and checked in at 4:30 PM but it still hasn't been decorated 🥲🥲 and had to wait about 30 minutes. Then what's the point if I was informed from H-1 that there was a late check in but it still wasn't ready. I think the heavy meal menu doesn't have many choices. When asked about the wifi, the receptionist didn't want to answer 🥲 the reason was that it was on the back of the card, even though the card was slipped. Overall, for those who want to enjoy soaking in a warm water pool, this is quite recommended hehe

I arrived at around 10 PM, very tired from the flight, and found out the room's door safety lock was not working. I went down to the receptionist with the expectation they'll allocate another room, but they asked me to go back and wait for the technician. In 5 minutes, the technician came and fixed the door lock. It took more than 15 minutes to fix it while I wanted to quickly take a bath and rest. After the technician was gone, I found out the shower did not have enough hot water. I was too lazy to call the receptionist and quickly took my bath. I think the hotel manager should check all the facilities in the room before and not wait for customers to complain.

The room was clean and fully equipped. I brought my mother-in-law, who needed a wheelchair, and they provided one and were very helpful. Breakfast was varied. We got a free upgrade, and check-in and check-out were smooth and hassle-free. The windows were very large, and the room was close to the train tracks, and the kids were very happy.
