I arrived at the hotel at 3:30 AM. The staff were very welcoming and friendly. The room was clean as usual. If I'm coming to Chiang Mai and then continuing on to other provinces, I always stay here because it's close to the Chiang Mai Arcade Bus Terminal.

The rooms could use a lot of improvement. The service is good and the rooms are as clean as ever. If I'm connecting to other provinces, I'll always stay here because it's close to 7-Eleven, the bus station, and restaurants.

A small clean hotel near Bus Terminal 2 in Chiangmai, very convenient for short stay. 7/11-motor rental-bus terminal are right next door or few steps away. There is a lady who sells sticky rice and sausage near 7/11, the foods are good and really cheap:).
