When checking in the toilet was dirty from the previous guest, towels and soap were not prepared and mineral water was not provided. The hot water was broken and the floor was dirty.

Average 2-star hotel. Not suitable for its 2-star status. I made a reservation for a four bed family room, which was very disappointing. The condition of the unit is not well managed. Cockroaches and leeches and ants in the room and toilet. Cobwebs not cleaned. The reception by the female receptionist slightly alleviated the disappointment.
