Kita pesen 1 kamar buat ber4. Padahal kamar gede cukup buat ber4 kita pesen yang double bed. Tp disuruh tambah bayar lagi untuk kasur tambahan. Jadi mubazir untuk 1 kasur nya karena ga kepake. Dan d dalam kamar tidak dapat air panas.

Resepsionis jutek banget dan attituded nya ya ampun. Mending dagang cilok, sangat tidak recommended. Baru kali ini ketemu hotel kayak gitu.

@24 Desember 2023. Setelah menginap 1 malam, sangat tidak rekomen, mengecewakan, shower ngga panas, di kamar tidak disediakan teh kopi gula, cuma 1 gelas teh manis saja harus bayar 10 rb, karena sudah terlanjur pesan ya harus bayar 40rb 4 gelas kecil, minimal yang namanya hotel air mineral, gula kopi teh disediakan gratis di dalam kamar.

Actually we wanted to stay at the NAZ hotel, it's just that after we entered the suite type room, the condition of the room was not comfortable, the towels were also not clean white, drinking water was not in the room. i'm sorry but it's really disappointing. the officer ignore guest request about non smoking room. not going to be here anymore :( -- I couldn't even stand to stay there for more than one hour.
