The service is very poor, charged 100k every day because one room (king bed) is occupied by 3 people. Even though they don't get anything from the additional fee and can't get an extra bed either, asked for written regulations, there are lots of excuses. Want to transfer the additional fee, they say it can't be debited. How can the system be improved again, the sheets are also dirty yellow and not clean. Mark the men who cleaned that morning who always asked for money. (not the receptionist)
