We were excited to unwind and get to see our reservation. When we arrived to the unit, it looks clean. when we sat at the bed, the linens and blanket smell bad. I suspect it wasn't washed properly and they just sprayed fab con on the fabric. It is a bit wet and even the towels. so I hanged it. The toilet smells goods, it was kinda clean but when I opened the bathroom, it really smells very bad. The floor is very slippery, there are a lot of molds on the walls, showers, faucet, floor and mostly on the ceiling (as shown on the picture). The sponge and towels on the kitchen sink smells bad and was not washed or changed. There is no wifi, but wifi was included on the amenities. The caretaker was nice and said that the wifi has no load. I understand there end and I said "Okay, zi do hope it will be fixed tonight." They said they will fix it but when I followed up, they said that they do not know how to fix it. They should know how because it is their job and part of the amenities. For me, the concern here is that the molds, odor and inaccurate description. In cases like this, this listing or unit should not be allowed to be published and should be snoozed or deactivated until the host fixes all the problems. I am not asking for any compensation, this review is to serve as a warning to guests and a lesson for the host. We paid P350 for the cleaning fee but the listing or unit was not clean. Very disappointing. This review is not a discrimination but it is the truth. Also, this listing or unit is also on other booking sites. To all guests, please be aware and to the host, I hope this serves as a lesson and please fix all matters regarding your listing that is being rented out. Also, the fan doesn't work and very dirty. The aircon is to small for the unit and also dirty. Kind regards.
