It's pretty good for a cheap price, just a suggestion, maybe the bathroom needs to be checked again because when I stayed here the bathroom smelled, I don't know if it was the smell of the water or the bathroom itself, and there were also animals in the bathroom.

Very satisfying service and room

It was actually comfortable, but when I first arrived, the room didn't have hot water even though I brought a baby, so I automatically bought another water heater because the water didn't have hot water.

Friendly hotel staff, easy access to everywhere, because it is in a residential area so it is not noisy, the swimming pool is also clean, the room is clean, the bathroom is clean. Just a suggestion, the hot water is not hot enough, just warm, there is a dispenser that can also fill water, suggestions to provide hotel slippers and amenities plus soap, toothpaste and toothbrush, but for that price it is highly recommended, in the morning you can also jog in the cool surrounding area with a view of the mountains.. Awesome!

The staff is okay and the rooms are clean and tidy.

This was my first time staying here. The atmosphere was quite peaceful and very pleasant. I had a problem booking, choosing the wrong date. I contacted the hotel staff, but they responded quickly and helped me immediately. The room was also clean, the bathroom was clean and fragrant. I was really happy to stay here. On Sunday morning, many people were jogging around the villa, and there were also many food vendors in front of it. Thank you to all the staff for their excellent and friendly service.

I always stay here. It's a beautiful, cool place with beautiful views. Every Sunday morning, there's a culinary event near the hotel.

Totally not recommended, I’m very disappointed by this property. The place they give for my stay was not proper, they put me in some villa house different from the main building. The villa contains 3BR, but the bedroom on the first floor was under renovation, so everywhere is dusty, and the Wi-Fi is also not working. I checked out on the same day I checked in because the place was totally not proper.

The location is strategic, the room is not very clean and there is no soap or shampoo.

Yesterday I chose a room with a mountain view. When I woke up to a view like that, it was really refreshing. I've stayed here twice now😍

The location is close to the city hall… So it's an option if you want a budget vacation.

I never thought I'd get such a lovable hotel for that price. I really felt at home! There's a swimming pool for the kids too. The location is very convenient in a residential area, so there's no traffic noise. What a great stay here! ❤️

Every time I go on holiday to Batu, I always stay here.

This was my first time staying in the Panorama residential area, but it wasn't worth it, even though the neighborhood was really nice. 1. The staff was unfriendly. I complained about no Wi-Fi. They said they reported it to the receptionist, but in fact, the Wi-Fi didn't work until check-out. 2. The Smart TV remote had a YouTube menu, but in reality, it didn't work at all (a public scam, isn't it? Haha). 3. As soon as I entered the room, I was immediately greeted by dirty sheets, towels, and curtains (unscrew the pillowcase and the sheets inside were really impressive).

We've been regulars at Vila Panorama for years. There are no words left to describe how much we love this place.
