We got a promo of 281, the surrounding area is quiet, good for family quality time, the villa is clean, but there is a dirty shoe rack, it is clean but stuffy when we first entered so I immediately bought Stella, it is comfortable enough. For the shoe rack, please clean it so guests can bring their shoes in, thank you.

The house is nice and comfortable. It smells nice and fresh from the spraying. I was a little nervous when I opened the rooms because some of the reviews were scary. It was safe there, nothing scary at all. The house is clean, with moldy walls, which is understandable, since it's rarely used. Cons: found two cockroaches in the kitchen, the glasses weren't clean enough, only two plates, the extra bed was super thin and all worn out. The neighboring block only has two permanent residents.

Check-in and check-out were easy and hassle-free. Just ask for the keys and leave them at the security post. The owner is friendly, but I apologize for the small hole in the kitchen ceiling. They could also provide some air freshener. But overall, the place is okay.

The security guard is friendly, very helpful, the security is safe, minus the wifi error but the wifi CP can't be contacted, and the main bedroom bed sagged so sleeping was uncomfortable, the rest is okay

I'm still giving it 5 stars, but I hope an evaluation can be conducted. It's a shame to have a business that isn't maintained properly. Cleanliness: Poor Furniture tends to be damaged, dented, cracked, and dirty. Glass rims are broken. The sofa is very dirty. The mattress sags to one side. The sink faucet is broken. There's no strainer for frying. The rice cooker spoils easily.

Delicious, close to the village, lots of people selling it

The water heater suddenly broke, so we moved to a nicer house, upgraded to a karaoke room. There was just one cockroach that made me breathless when I tried to sleep.

It was actually quite nice, but the bed sheets in the room hadn't been changed, they were still dirty.

We arrived at 14.45 and it turned out the villa had not been cleaned, someone had checked out earlier. We wanted to exchange for another unit but we chose to wait for the villa to be cleaned. Hopefully next time they will be more thorough.

strategic location, security guards are ready to help if there are any problems.. security is great, it's just a shame that the house is not well maintained, there are lots of mold everywhere and there are cockroaches, it leaks when it rains, if you lean against the wall the chalk paint sticks to your clothes.. it's a shame that such a nice villa should be better maintained..

Very Bad stay experience When we first arrived, we were greeted by 3 cockroaches The bathroom smelled of cockroaches, it was SO smelly! The back room smelled musty, damp, the walls were full of mold, the aura of spirits was very noticeable at night, the spring bed collapsed. The kitchen area has white water in the sink, the kitchen set & kitchen equipment are old/a bit dirty The TV table is dusty The admin & check-out process is very easy, this is a villa with a trust concept. Check-out, pick up/leave the key at the security post without meeting the unit owner.

The place is comfortable and clean. Only the water can't be hot.

The place is clean, the surrounding environment is clean and comfortable. The only downside is that there is no cutting board and the hot water can only be hot, not warm, so you have to mix hot water with cold water first if you want to take a warm shower. Other than that, the place is comfortable. If you go to Batu again, you might stay here again
