Overall it's good. But there are several things that need attention, for example in the room I stayed in there were lots of ants in the room and the bathroom shower was loose so it easily came off. The rest is okay.

Overall the location and service are good and it is in the city center, close to everywhere... but for the bathroom when I stayed there, the flush for the toilet was clogged and couldn't be flushed 😔.

This is the second time my husband and I have stayed here. If it's from the room, there's no problem. That's fine. Just park in the back which is a bit annoying because there are stalls close to the fence. Stall visitors often park in the driveway. So every time you want to park, you have to get off first, move the motorbike, stall bench, and open the fence so the car can enter smoothly.

Kebijakan dan managemen hotel yang sangat buruk. Sebelum pukul 12 siang barang-barang saya dikeluarkan dari dalam kamar. Jam 11.04 saya inisiatif telepon hotel mengatakan bahwa meminta late check out dengan konsekuensi denda sesuai aturan yang ditempel di dalam kamar hotel. Bahkan apabila tidak bisa kami bersedia extend 1 hari. Tapi pihak hotel bilang kamar penuh. Pukul 11.26 saya telepon lagi pihak hotel untuk memastikan kembali. Pihak hotel menjawab barang saya sudah dikeluarkan dari kamar karena kamar sudah dipesan dan customer sudah menunggu dari pagi untuk check in. Saya memberi tahu bahwa kamar tidak penuh karena saya check di aplikasi masih tersedia dua kamar, dan pihak hotel mengatakan silahkan memesan dan pindah kamar. Hotel seperti ini benar-benar memberi pengalaman buruk bagi saya.
