It's good, especially for those taking exams at Bangkadi Stadium. It's within walking distance. Food options might be a bit far for those without a car.

The hotel/room is very dark with insufficient lighting. When I arrived, I nearly think the hotel is closed. Although the room is big, it needs renovation. When I have dinner in the restaurant, almost everything is out of stock with limited dishes can be chosen except dozens of mosquitoes around you that is free of charge 😂. Only one positive point. All staff members are extremely polite, helpful and always smile 👍.
