The place is very cozy and comfortable, the onsen is the best

It turns out there are hours for using the facilities, which should be announced before people book.

1. The bathroom smelled. 2. At breakfast, I wanted to eat sushi but it was all gone. It was only 7:30 a.m. When I finished eating and was about to return to my room, I refilled the sushi.

I've stayed here twice and always had a good impression. Once, I left something in the room after checking out, and the team informed me and safely stored it.

It's a really funny experience, but the toilet is a bit difficult to understand, so I'm not in the mood, but overall it's okay.

Hot. The lobby is hot. Arrived at 1:15, asked for early check in and was charged 250 thousand. Check in was at 2. 🤣 The front desk staff was also unfriendly. Her face was sour. Maybe she had just eaten sour lime. Luckily the other staff was much friendlier than the first. So the service was saved. Finally, at 1:50, I was allowed in. The room is standard. It's better if there is a tatami, take the tatami. Better than the standard one. If you want to try the sentou, you can. But this is not an onsen. It's different. Because it's not natural. It's just heated water. To experience what a hotel in Japan is like, well, you can stay here.

I've booked rooms here many times for work. The atmosphere and location are strategic, comfortable, and there's an onsen for healing time. 👍

Next time in Hong Kong, need to make sure and check the room status. The towel was not available, and when I asked, it took too long.

I booked this for someone else and only stayed long enough to check in and hand over the key. But even in that short time, the hotel already left a good impression. Every single staff member, no matter what their job was, greeted us as we walked by. Small thing, but it says a lot about how the place is run. Lobby was clean, the hallway felt comfortable, and the room was exactly what you'd hope for at this price point—comfortable, well-maintained, clean bathroom and all. Can't speak to the full experience, but what I saw? Solid. No complaints.

For the onsen, add more time.... Just 30 minutes.... It's better to give it 1 hour per person so it feels good.

Old hotel with a decent ofuro in the heart of Jakarta as a highlight. The room was okay, but the toilet could be managed better to rid it of the unpleasant smell.
