The staff were lovely, took good care of the car, cleaned the room thoroughly, and spoke politely. In the morning, you can wake up and walk to the beach to watch the sunrise.

It should be worth the price of 800+ baht. The air conditioner is good, the water pressure is good. The rest is bearable. The building is old, it is noisy when people walk by or talk, the walls are thin, and there are a lot of mosquitoes.

When talking on the page, it said it was a Double Standard room. In the picture, the second floor is a wide room, very beautiful. When I checked in, I got a room on the first floor, which was narrow, but it wasn't too bad. The bed was soft and the air conditioner was good.

จองห้องผ่าน app ห้อง double standard เตียงเดี่ยว ไว้1 ห้องเข้าพัก 25 เม.ย 66 ออก 26 เม.ย 66 ตอนจองไม่มีปัญหาไดๆ จ่ายเงินเรียบร้อย พอถึงวันเข้าพัก (แฟนไปคนเดียว ไปประชุม) ทาง รร.จ่ายห้องอะไรไม่รู้( c7 )ซึ่งมันไม่ใช่ห้องที่เราจอง พอโทรไปสอบถาม อ้างห้องที่เราจองแอร์ไม่เย็น แต่!ได้ยินพนักงาน คุยกัน บอก ห้องที่เราจอง (C8) ลูกค้าคนก่อนขอนอนต่ออีก 1 คืน ซึ่งทางเราคิดว่ามันไม่ได้หรือป่าว ทั้งๆที่เราก็จองไปแล้ว ทาง รร.ควรแก้ไข้ปัญหา หรือควรแจ้งให้ ลูกค้าคนที่อยู่ก่อน แล้วว่า มีคนจอง แล้ววันที่ 25 ไม่ใช่ ให้เขาอยู่ต่อ แล้ว เอาแฟนเราไปนอน ห้องอะไรไม่รู้ ** จ่ายเงินเหมือนกันคะ ไม่ได้ขออยู่ ฟรี ** เรารู้สึกไม่โอเค มาก สุดท้าย ย้ายห้องให้ แต่ก็ไม่ใช่ห้องที่จอง ใครจะมานอน รร.นี้ แนะนำให้คุยกับทาง รร.ดีๆก่อน เช็คห้องดีๆว่า มีให้ไหม แย่คะ สำหรับเรา

Location is superb. Room was ok. Mismanagement here and there, like broken door, no proper handle on bathroom door, sheets were dirty (changed upon request) Saw reviews that TV have only 4 channels. Not true at all 🙂 There are at least 10 channels. Few of the front desk ladies were a bit rude-they said no absolutely buses to Bangkok, and didn't want to help with bus or motorbike taxi to bus station at all. But we found motorbike to bus station by ourselves and there were available buses to Bangkok. Only maid (older lady) and young lady at the front desk had nice attitude. I understand it might be not hotel's responsibility to order bus for guests but we go to Cha-am pretty often and all other hotels staff always gladly help with bus and motorbike taxi to bus station.

บริการดีมากค่ะ ปกติเราต้องเช็คอิน 14.00น. แต่โรงแรมนี้ให้เราเช็คอินเข้าได้ 08.00 น. เพราะเราแจ้งว่า เราขับรถมาไกล พนักงานก็ใจดีให้เข้าพักก่อนได้ค่ะ และพอห้องมีปัญหา ทีวีไม่ดี ทางโรงแรมก็ยินดีที่จะเปลี่ยนห้องใหม่ให้ค่ะ เข้าใจนะคะว่างานยุ่งๆ ลูกค้าเยอะ แต่ยิ้มหน่อยน้า โดยรวมโอเคดีมากค่ะ ไว้จะชวนเพื่อนมาเข้าพักเยอะๆค่ะ😊
