The receptionist is very good, friendly, efficient.. iron is provided in the room, parking is available for guests.. however, I think in terms of cleanliness, the bathroom needs a lot of improvement.. a bit dirty.. everything else is okay.. hopefully this hotel will continue to be successful!

Pleasant stay. Location wise, very great as the hotel is in the middle of town. Can reach ktcc in less than 7 mins. Simple breakfast. Helpful staff. Nice and clean room.

Great Location at city center. Nearby tourist attraction. Walking distance to Masjid Zainal Abidin. Spacious room & clean. Overall, this hotel is worth to stay !!
