The location is near the airport, with ample parking. The room is clean, and the water pressure in the bathroom is strong despite being on the 8th floor. The swimming pool is spacious but a bit old and needs more regular maintenance. I didn't have time to try breakfast, so I can't comment on the food.

The reception and dining staff were extremely friendly and enthusiastic. The breakfast buffet was delicious and kept constantly warm. The rooms were clean, well soundproofed, and included a TV360, along with strong Wi-Fi. The location was convenient, close to Cam Ranh airport and many restaurants nearby (only a 5-minute walk).

This is a Navy hotel, and the staff only greet Navy officers (or their superiors) staying there and foreign guests (I saw Koreans and Chinese). Domestic guests renting rooms normally don't receive such a warm welcome.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Due to my schedule, I needed to drop off my luggage before check-in and check out about an hour late, but the hotel handled it happily without any extra charge. The space is quite spacious, with a swimming pool (though a bit small). I noticed there's also a gym and billiards table, but I'm not sure if they're available to use. The only downside is that the breakfast buffet has a limited selection and most of the dishes aren't very good.

This hotel is close to the airport, making it easy to get around. It's spacious, and the climate is pleasant year-round. The rooms are clean, and the breakfast is good. I've stayed here many times! 😍

When I checked in, the bedroom floor was quite dirty, it felt like it hadn't been cleaned for a long time. I stayed for 2 nights, after the first night the room was cleaned but the bed sheets were not changed even though the bed sheets were dirty, the staff did not check and did not re-make the bed sheets, had to call to change them. Other services were okay. The location was quite convenient to get around.

I am a person who always books Navy Hotel when coming to Cam Ranh with my family. Recently, when I arrived in Cam Ranh, I still chose Navy as my resting place. Other times, when I arrived, I always informed that I would check in early at around 5am. Because the bus arrived at that time and because I had a small child, I always informed that I would check in early. The receptionists at the hotel were very supportive and charged a reasonable additional price. However, recently, when my wife and daughter arrived, the receptionist did not allow me to check in and informed me that if I wanted to check in early at 5am, I would have to pay for an extra day. Because it was too early and I had my daughter, I was forced to pay for an extra day, which made me very unhappy. I hope that my sharing will be accepted.
