The room wasn't soundproof, and it was incredibly noisy from the next room. The bed sheets were also dirty. I wanted to complain, but I was already exhausted. 😭

It's located in the heart of Jakarta, the prices are good, and the staff are friendly.

The staff were very helpful! The breakfast was great, clean bathroom, clean bedroom, and the location of the hotel is strategic because it's located in front of Senayan City, next to Plaza Senayan, and inside STC Senayan. You can find food so easily. But the architecture of the hotel is a little bit old school, even though the hotel was built in 2018. It felt a little creepy walking to the hotel restaurant for breakfast since the hotel is inside a mall, and the mall was still closed at 7 a.m. After all, it was a really nice hotel. Thank you Best Western.

This is the first time a hotel staff has really made an effort and offered free early check-in. It was very helpful for those of us who came from out of town to get some rest. It was great. Thank you.

I've stayed here twice, and it's conveniently close to everything. This time, I got a smaller room than before, and the AC was also very cold. The Wi-Fi was excellent. The only problem was that people entered the wrong room at night, which was very annoying. Are all the rooms the same key? Even asking for more drinking water wasn't possible.

The hotel is strategically located in the Senayan area. Two of my destinations during my stay in Jakarta were within walking distance: the Ministry of Elementary and Secondary Education's business and the sports activities at the GBK Stadium, both within walking distance. What impressed me most was the soundproofing. As soon as I exited the elevator on the 6th floor (my room was on the 6th floor), the hustle and bustle of the Senayan area suddenly disappeared, leaving the room very peaceful and I could rest well. Regarding breakfast, although it's located a bit far from the hotel (but still in the same building), the menu is varied and delicious, great!

Central Jakarta is very close to GBK and Senayan. Unfortunately, my room had noisy air conditioning, which seemed to be poorly maintained.

Lots of ants. This is my second stay. The first one was fine, nice. But this second one, the room was dirty and full of ants, I don't know why. And my hands are itchy, red, and itchy, I don't know why.

I happened to be participating in a running event yesterday. Overall, the service was excellent, from check-in to check-out. I just didn't get to try breakfast because it was already late. It's only a short walk from the city center, and access to food is also good.

It's really good if you have a goal of watching a concert at Indonesia Arena/GBK, in front of Senayan City Mall & next to Plaza Senayan.

First time staying there was super noisy, I don't know if there was a rat or something on the roof so I couldn't sleep, the AC wasn't cold, the wifi wasn't good, the TV was also stuck.
