It was very pleasant, the staff was friendly. However, many of the towels and sheets were torn. The buffet menu had a wide variety. However, when we wanted to swim, the staff said that adult men had to take off their clothes or wear swimming trunks, so we decided not to swim (only children were allowed to swim). Hopefully, the hotel will evaluate the situation or put a large sign stating that swimming is mandatory. Thank you.

I really enjoyed staying here, but there were some drawbacks. 1. There were a lot of black ants in the food. Everything else was fine, and the food was delicious.

The rooms are comfortable, the staff and security are friendly, and it's close to downtown Pelabuhan Ratu. I'd definitely stay here again if I had the chance.

Clean, tidy, and the swimming pool is also clean. The only downside is the intermittent Wi-Fi and poor signal reception. The food is delicious, and the service is excellent, friendly, and fast.

The hotel's location is strategic. I stayed in room 105. The Wi-Fi was weak, and there were many large black ants in the room. There was no hot water. The bed creaked when moved. Tissues and toothbrushes were only provided upon request.

The staff were all friendly from the moment they arrived to the room, the security was also very friendly, only a 5 year old child had to pay an additional 50k for breakfast, but the food was not kid friendly, aka the main menu was a bit spicy, as a result my child only ate rice and eggs 😁 but it was okay, the experience of staying here was quite okay.

So far, the place is comfortable and friendly for children, clean, easy access, close to shopping centers, need a little evaluation for the Wi-Fi facilities which are not very good (when my signal is not very good either) 😭 Recommended

This is the umpteenth time I have stayed here, apart from SBH, the most comfortable hotel is also here, MasyaAllah.

But there was no hot water in the room, and no slippers, and the bathroom smelled and was so dirty it hadn't been cleaned. Honestly.
