smelly room, smelly mattress, smelly bedsheet, smelly pillowcase, smelly bolster as if it had never been changed... the plastic trash in the bathroom had not been changed, when we entered there were already cigarette butts in the bathroom.. the stove didn't turn on, it doesn't mean we don't understand how to turn on the stove but it just can't turn on, the TV is an old analog TV, there's no sound coming out, just crackling... in my opinion, it's better to upgrade the mattress and the stuff inside it to make it comfortable because sleeping on the mattress makes you sore even though there are only two people sleeping on one mattress..

The mother is very friendly. And welcoming. It's quite good. Just need more AC, it's not cold enough

For the location it is safe, but for the environment, sorry, it is not good, there are many women who are not clear, there are some who are drunk in the apartment area. For the cleanliness of the floor it is okay, but the condition of the room such as the mattress smells musty and curved, the pillows smell, the carpet is dirty, the bathroom faucet is broken, the curtains are dirty and smelly, the environment is a bit shabby

Ac cuma ada 1 di ruang tamu. Walaupun kata. A nanti berasa juga ke kamar tidur tapi sama se x gak berasa.

Ibu owner sangat baik dan ramah, apart juga bersih, dan nyaman. Ruangan sudah tersedia wifi, ac, water heater, kompor, piring, gelas, dan lain-lain. Hanya saja kulkas tidak bisa digunakan karena seperti nya tidak menyala, jadi pas dibuka sangat bau sekali:(mungkin di kamar juga bisa disediakan pewangi ruangan, agar cust jadi lebih nyaman. Tapi overall sangaatt nyaman sekali. Sukses terus yaa bu, semoga masukan saya bisa diterima 🙏🏻.

Tidak recommended. Kondisi tidak seperti di foto, dapat harga 1,7 jt semalam jauh dari harapan. Apartemen bukan standar hotel tapi kelas rusunawa, becek, tidak bersih. Seumur hidup baru lihat pintu apartemen pakai gembok.

Kamar mandi bau, perabotan terutama kitchen ud sangat lama.

The room is exactly like the photos. The location is close to where to go, let alone going to Ciwalk, just walking. Cooking and eating utensils are quite complete, there is also a magic com&dispenser, 2 gallons are already available in the room. The owner is very friendly and lives in the same apartment so if you need something or something is missing, you can directly message the owner and respond immediately. In the lobby there are also many food stalls/alfamart/indomaret. Anyway, really worth it to stay there. Thank you BuQih.

Complete facilities, even though they are a bit worn out (should be re-new sofas, mattresses and other interior facilities). To Cihampelas, just walk. But as good as a hotel or apartment is, it's still better to have your own house.

The owner of the unit is very friendly and responsive. The apartment units are clean and well maintained. Even if you get a different unit from what is offered in the application. But given a good unit option too.

The rooms are clean, can be spacious too, all function normally. Best for a staycation there because it is strategic.

Pros: just walking on Cihampelas walk. Friendly guard. Cons: smelly sheets. The water heater doesn't work, hot water only comes out for 2 minutes, the rest just plain water that comes out. The sink pipe in the room area leaked water running down the floor of the room. The sound on the street in front of the apartment came into the room until it was noisy and it was quiet after 12 o'clock at night. Stuffy. I booked a studio room.
