Just stayed on 6/17/25 2N1D Not much time but the host is very enthusiastic and friendly. The breakfast the hostess made was delicious, we could choose chicken pho, beef pho, egg bread or instant noodles Of course we chose chicken pho, and were given a full plate of watermelon🍉 probably the fruit of the day The home is as beautiful as in the picture. Close to nature and trees, deep inside, leaning against the mountain. The road when entering is bumpy but partly because you guys can catch the local people? When entering, I encountered a bumpy car, the road was bad and I was scared. Luckily, the second time I met the driver, he was knowledgeable, the road was very short, even in the rain, he drove very smoothly. The hostess was also very enthusiastic and told the driver to take us to our room because the bar had not yet reached our room The swimming pool is huge, the view is beautiful, in the morning I saw the staff here taking turns cleaning. Overall great We even borrowed plates, bowls and chopsticks to eat, and the host also lent us. The room was okay, the first day the drain was a bit clogged, but then it was okay. The water was a bit small and just enough, not strong, but it was okay The guy at the reception desk was very open, supportive and flexible The check-in time on paper was 2pm, but when my family arrived early, the host, who was my brother, was very enthusiastic and invited us to go to the room to rest and turn on the air conditioner to avoid the harsh sunlight. The room was also cleaned early for us by the host. Be aware if you wanna book this place! First: we got lost at night, the taxi driver was also confused by the location. I believe that you can find a good hotel that is located at the center and closed to all attractions. If you want something that natural staying vibe, I strongly urge you to do more research instead picking this one. The cleaning is also one of the big things to keep in mind if you stay here. The swimming pool seems cool on website BUT the reality is NO, we saw died mosquitoes in the pool, a dead frog in the drain of the pool thay was stinking. Second: the service is so so so F*cking bad. The woman with black short hair that stays at the receptionist desk, not sure if that person is owner or just working there, but that person really gave me the worst hospitality service ever. That woman was so rude when every time I asked for help and replied with a tone of disdain. If that woman is just working there, the owner really needs to fire her lol. She seems doesn't wanna work. Thirdly: also reconsider if you wanna do your laundry there, your item is possibly lost and no way to find! In all my trip from in Vietnam from Ho Chi Minh city-Hue-Ha Noi-Ninh Binh-Sapa-Halong Bay, this place in Ninh Binh gave me the worst experience.

The road to the resort is very bad, the room is not clean, the bathroom, the toilet is a bit broken, the faucet is rusty. Unprofessional receptionist uses the phone a lot and does not pay attention to guests asking. Do not know if the guest has booked a table or not, the attitude is not respectful to the guest. The swimming pool has yellow post snail eggs clinging to the wall, the bottom of the pool is not clean with garbage. Get back the beautiful natural scenery.
