Set r1 but put r2 for the guest. That's not good. The set is missing items in the room and then said I used it. It was my mistake not checking at first. Overall, I lost points.

The staff, Ms. Minh Minh, is friendly and enthusiastic. I don't understand why I booked r1 but the staff arranged for me r2. That's not satisfactory. There was a missing food on the tray on the table, I was careless and didn't check and then they said I used it.

The water is unstable. The hotel opens late in the morning. People go swimming and do morning exercises at the beach but the door is still locked. Have to tell the receptionist to open it. A bit inconvenient.

I stayed here at the end of May, the water supply was unstable. I was taking a shower and the water ran out. It happened more than once. The lobby on the first floor has no air conditioning, it was very hot for guests waiting until check-in time.

The hotel is beautiful, lots of trees. There is a very beautiful aquarium. Breakfast can be ordered, meal time, room or outside are available, staff will serve on site. Today was really surprised when I was eating breakfast and my husband received a birthday cake from the hotel. Accidentally holding the camera to capture my husband, I took this picture. The hotel is clean, beautiful and spacious. It is possible to walk through the bathing area. Upstairs swimming pool is also ok than other places. Not big nor small. This is not a big villa but offers a great surprise for comfort and service. The infinity pool was amazing with sea view and city view and just steps away from the beautiful beach. Staff are very friendly and enthusiastic, they are ready to serve you breakfast in the room. Room are very clean and stylish, with full amenities. I would highly recommend this villa to everyone.
