I am disappointed. we arrived midnight around 11:50pm and no one at reception. I need to call them but my sim card hasn't had enough balance to call and no whatsapp to contact. finally we asked the Laundry Lady beside the hostel and she helped for the check in. we rent private room which cost us a deposit 500 baht, the room is quite good but the toilet seems plug. so when we showering, the drainage seems fail so the smell will left forever (if you pee while showering). only around daylight you will find someone at reception so I talked to one of the guy who watch at the moment that I will check out early in the morning to catch car to airport (around 6am) so he said he will inform the staff to stand by, in fact no one there again I need to run to family mart just to top up balance for 50 baht so I can call the reception and claim my deposit. the staff cant come and suggest that the car driver that will pick us help hostel to pay first for our deposit. but after 20mins the Laundry lady came and help us again for the check out. better to find other place
