Overall, I was quite happy with my stay here; it could have been much more enjoyable if the following hadn't happened:
- We booked three non-smoking rooms for two nights, but in fact, two of the rooms had ashtrays, meaning they weren't non-smoking. The smell of one of our rooms was very strong after we entered.
It was our fault for not immediately complaining, but simply opening the window in the hope that the smell would subside.
I even complained by phone, and the receptionist said it was okay to smoke; so the room we booked wasn't non-smoking.
- During our two-night stay, breakfast was less than pleasant. Because it was served in the garden, the chairs would sink into the ground if we sat down, making our eating posture uncomfortable. The food variety was also limited, and in some areas, like the egg station, there were always long lines. Perhaps more staffing should be considered.
What makes us happy is the swimming pool facilities, which are quite numerous, and are also equipped with a hot spring pool for relaxation after swimming in the 'normal' pool. My children and I really enjoyed this pool area.
