I booked a room at the hotel for 2 days from August 12 to 14, 2025 and paid in advance via momo wallet. When I arrived to check in, the 2 receptionists were very rude, unprofessional and impolite in communication; Next, after staying 1 night at the hotel, the next morning I went out and returned to the hotel at 1:20 p.m. on August 13, 2025. When I went back to my old room with the room card I was still holding, my personal belongings and jewelry on the table were all taken down to the reception desk. I went down to ask the 2 receptionists (1 male and 1 female) directly. The male staff member spoke loudly and said that the check-out deadline was August 13, 2025, so the receptionist asked the cleaning staff to take my things down (while I had paid for the room for 2 nights, meaning I had to stay another night at the hotel). However, the staff member immediately argued with me that he did not receive my booking information. I asked back, assuming my room was due to check out but I had not returned in time, the receptionist should have called to discuss the issue of checking out, right? The male receptionist replied with a very unpleasant attitude "We don't have your phone number to call, we are just employees doing our job" while I had already paid for my room but the receptionist arbitrarily asked the housekeeping to move my things and I opened the payment table for 2 nights on the booking, then you gave me another room card, different from the room type I booked.
