This hotel is clean and accessible primarily by bus to the rest of Singapore. The staff was friendly and the space was quite clean for the most part. Just be aware that if you check in late you need to reach out to them in advance since for some reason they weren't able to access my information on Traveloka and so weren't able to pre-check me in, resulting in a late check in fee of 50 SGD. Additionally, the hot water ran out relatively quickly in the shared bathroom, and the room only had two bunks instead of three as advertised (but this was alright since it was only for four people). Given the price, comfort of the bed, and access to buses, I would definitely be happy to stay here again.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating, the room itself is spacious (family ensuite could fit up to 6 people), and water filter is provided. In the lobby they also provide washing and dryer machine (coin operated), microwave, water dispenser, and vending machine. Location-wise, it's super close to a grocery store and bakery (yummy pastries & pizzas), and within a walking distance to nearby bus stops (closest bus stop is across the sreet, and the mrt station is around 10 mins walk or 4 mins by bus). One time in the morning there was a bad smell coming from the outside (probably also from the shared bathroom), so it would be nice to have air freshener or change the carpet in the hallway. Highly recommend to book rooms in lower level since there's no elevator. Overall, me & my family had a great time staying at K2 Guesthouse 👍🏻

Great place, you have to stay in this place

I chose this accommodation because there was an event in the area. The price and amenities weren't worth it. The water wasn't hot, and there were no TVs in the rooms.

It’s also easily accessible, whether you're driving or using public transportation. The room was clean, tidy, and comfortable. It was well-equipped with everything I needed, and all the facilities worked perfectly. The bed was soft and cozy, the lighting was just right, and there was a proper desk for working. The bathroom was spotless, with stable hot water and complete toiletries provided. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. Check-in and check-out were quick and hassle-free. The overall atmosphere of the hotel was quiet and peaceful, ideal for resting after a busy day. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and conveniently located place to stay. I would definitely return if I have the chance!

Similar to a boarding house, outside noise can be heard, but it's good enough for sleeping. This homestay is apparently a branch of Tokyo, but in Tokyo the rooms are more spacious, comfortable, the toilets are bigger, maybe because Spore land is expensive so the rooms and toilets are narrower. If you want to go to the MRT, it's quite a long walk, but the bus stop is close.

Good stay, located not in the center of city and it's good if you want something fresh in Singapore.

Best. The only thing lacking about this place is that it is far from the city center so it takes a lot of time to get to the city center. The rest is a real pleasure, very clean, quiet, friendly and organized.

Saya selalu memesan kamar dengan kamar mandi di dalam. Bagus dan luas. Kamar mandi di luar juga bagus dan bersih. Sangat dekat dengan National University Hospital. Selalu pesan kamar dipenginapan ini plus balkon kalau ke Singapore. Serasa di rumah sendiri.

Room clean, and tidy, the receptionist should be open 24 hours, and also we check in at 01.00 and there are a 50 dollar for the extra/fee, they say it is a late check in fee, you we need to pay 50 dollar extra, too expensive.

Me with kids and husband. I love this guesthouse. Clean, neat. All the breakfast menu so delicious. The location strategic. Near to harbourfront, universal studio, and not far to garden bay.

It is nice room with good facilities. Even I pay for single room, luckily I got family room. K2 gh provides all bath set. However, since there is an issue about environment, the staff only give the bath set if we needed. All towels were very clean. They looked new towels. Overall, the staff gives good service. I booked a private room for 2 pax with my sister. The room was small, but that 's okay. We got a room in the 2nd floor and the toilet was clogged, so we had to use the toilet in the 1st fkoor during the night until early morning since the house representative only stand by from 8 am-10 pm.

We booked for 1 private room for 4 pax, but we got the room with 6 bed. Overall quife clean but it was not clean and quite dusty at the corner of the room.
