Not clean and staff not friendly

The price is quite attractive, the room I chose is minimalist and quite comfortable, just please provide more tissues in the room, just checked in and there were only a few tissues left, overall it's nice here, comfortable, the AC is cold even though the walls are a bit old because the paint is peeling.

It's okay overall, but it's not soundproof, so I often wake up while sleeping. The bathroom faucet leaks, so the sound goes everywhere when I use it. The TV only has one channel, and the AC is cold.

Strategic location, nice, neat, comfortable rooms, close to the zoo.

Room and bathroom cleanliness needs to be maintained. The staff is helpful, and check-in can be as early as 12 noon.

I stayed at Style50 Homestay for one night and overall had a comfortable stay, but a few issues came up. The key card worked fine to open the door at first, but when I inserted it into the power slot inside the room, the lights flickered and turned off. I had to go downstairs to ask for assistance. Fortunately, the staff was very helpful and fixed the problem quickly. However, the same issue happened again after I returned from outside — the lights would go out when I inserted the card, and I had to ask the staff for help again. It was a bit inconvenient, though the staff remained polite and helpful throughout. The room had no window, which some guests may want to consider. On the positive side, the bathroom was clean, and I liked that the sink (washbasin) was placed in the room, not inside the bathroom — it was more convenient for me. The bed was also comfortable, and the overall room condition was good for a short stay or transit. One suggestion: the Wi-Fi information wasn’t provided at check-in, and there was no signage or instruction in the room. It would be better if this were made available more clearly from the start.

The bathroom is a bit dirty and there are cockroaches. Got a complaint because my child was noisy.

Cheap accommodation close to KBS, easy access, friendly service.

Facilities include AC, wifi, LCD TV, water heater, and comfortable bed. The location is very close to Surabaya Zoo and Bungkul Park, can be reached by walking. Close to the main road, mini market, and many places to eat. around.

The staff was nice, but when I first entered the room there were 3 cockroaches (1 near the bed, 2 in the bathroom). In my friend's room, I even found a centipede near the bed. The bathroom smelled really bad too. Then for that price (around 400) there were no amenities at all so I still had to spend money to buy my own soap, shampoo, toothbrush + toothpaste. There was no coffee / tea either. Tissues were only given when I asked for them. Really bad experience. Just once. Btw, it turned out to be an executive boarding house that was turned into a homestay.

There is mold on the ceiling in the room, the sheets and pillow cases are yellow and don't look like they have ever been washed, the location is very strategic in the city center, close to the zoo

The bathroom smells a bit, the water comes out little by little, the hose in the toilet comes out really fast, there are insects in the mattress, it's not very clean, there are no tissues in the toilet.

Very comfortable. Clean. And of course the atmosphere is calm and not noisy. The staff are friendly, it is recommended for blackpappers like me.

Super dirty, dirty, this is not a guest house, but a nest of dust and insects. Everything is dirty, peeling and super smelly, lots of ants and insects.

Affordable prices. Cleanliness is a bit lacking, service is just ordinary.
