Quite comfortable for a hotel at this price

I stayed during the fasting month. Thank you for the breakfast being able to be moved for sahur. Hopefully the service will be even better.

The food is delicious, the service is friendly and fast. But when checking out before 12 o'clock why is it knocked? I think it's uncomfortable because there is a telephone in the room. The AC is also not cold enough on the 2nd floor. At night it's still not that cold even though it's 18° overall it's clean and recommended.

The hotel seems dark, there is no elevator. The rooms are spacious, the breakfast is delicious even though the variety is minimalist.

For the staff is friendly, but the cleanliness of the room and bathroom is very bad. Until there is a type of spider web and the bathroom is also not clean. The night light is also broken part of the roof cover. Until moving to a room with a higher type also turned out to be the same 😌. Please include a picture of the latest room so that customers are not disappointed 🙏.

The room lights were very dim, 2 of them were off and the one in the bathroom was so dim that we brought a flashlight. Didn't get towels, toiletries, the AC wasn't cold at all, the wifi wasn't working, the night light was only for display. Maybe the hotel could regularly monitor its hotel room facilities. Hopefully the future will be better 🙏🏻.

The hotel was quite good and the service was quite friendly, coincidentally when our family stayed in 2 different rooms. The buffet style breakfast is also good and the food is quite good and tastes good. The existing facilities only need to be improved, such as the AC not being cold enough, the TV only having 2 channels even though we use cable TV and in the front waiting room the rooms feel very hot when we leave the room at night, let alone during the day. It seems to be the influence of the Outdoor AC Unit placed in each room above the door. But in general it is quite good.

Don't expect much with the existing rates. Got a room on the 2nd floor, at the front, close to the main road so it was a bit noisy. The room was quite clean, but the bed sheets were a bit dirty and the worst thing was that the bathroom smelled, even though I had tried to fix it by buying a toilet freshener, it still smelled bad. Sleeping was uncomfortable because of the unpleasant smell from the bathroom. Apart from that, there are breakfast facilities, the food is quite adequate and can be tasted.
