For the hotel and its facilities, they are standard... The location is close to the beach... It's just not as crowded as imagined even during the holiday season... Thank you

As for the stay, I wasn't entirely satisfied. It was already difficult to find food at 7:00 PM. The beach itself wasn't very pretty, either. Well, it was just so-so for us. Breakfast wasn't much of a choice.

The staff is friendly, the surrounding environment is beautiful.

We arrived early around 1.00 o'clock. We were admitted to check in because the room was available. (We are the only family staying for the night). At check in we are not being inform about anything about the hotel. Eventhough we are staying at the hotel, the admition to the theme park was not included. Wehave to rectify at the front office for so many things, eg: entrance and parking tickets, wifi password (slow), etc. There was no fridge in our room. Plus there were so many lizards shit on the furniture. The beach was nice but can be better.

Friendly, but the bathroom water was off for a while, after complaining the water started working

It's good, but the second time I stayed here, there were no slippers in the room. And breakfast is not available at the bar, you have to order it first.

very pleasant.. can enjoy the sunset and sunrise.. friendly hotel staff.. neat and clean hotel 🚿 spacious rooms.. delicious breakfast.. highly recommended for family vacations

It's quite pleasant to stay here even though the hotel is quite old, the cleanliness is maintained, the staff are friendly, the breakfast is delicious even though it's not buffet style, it's just a shame the facilities are lacking because if you book via Traveloka, entry to the swimming pool is not free.

The food was completely inedible.

the hotel staff is very friendly, the room is quite clean, the TV signal is intermittent. the room is unique, the toilet and shower are separated by a sink. I didn't know that if I bought a room at Traveloka I wouldn't get a free ticket to the waterpark... Overall OK..Next time I'll vacation here again.

The smell water in the bathroom makes your life smell as well. It's hard to take a bath with the smelly water. Very old and classic funiture in the room. A simple breakfast. However their staff is so polite and helpful.

The staff is friendly, the place is clean, there is a public prayer room too.

The service is very good and friendly, the rooms are comfortable, the breakfast is delicious, some interior furniture has started to break, the hot water doesn't work, the package doesn't include a visit to the water park.

Standard type rooms, there are no connecting rooms. Had to go up and down stairs to move to another room. Minimum order with new deluxe type can get adjoining rooms. Room cleanliness was lacking, my feet and children became itchy after returning from the hotel.

The room smells damp and cannot enter the theme park for free. Between standard and deluxe, different prices, no refrigerator facilities?
