The atmosphere is comfortable and nice for a staycation and the staff are friendly.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, but the room, especially the beds, the bed sheets, and the pillows, were terrible. Need to change the entire things. The blankets, the towels, and the pillows were quite smelly and not clean. Maybe the laundry needs to be improved. The flow of the water from the shower was not strong enough, and we complained. They sent us a technician who told us the water debit was like that and couldn’t do anything. When we checked out, we complained, but the receptionist was very good handling the situation. It was quite disappointing since the hotel was actually beautiful and the ambiance was quite nice, but the room comfort and cleanliness were bad. The food could be better.

This beachfront resort is a great choice for a vacation. The beach is pristine white. The rooms are comfortable and generous with towels, with four. The pool view is great if you want to swim. The receptionist is friendly, and the other staff are also friendly. The vibe is like Bali. You can relax on the beach and enjoy delicious pizza. If you want to play jet ski, just rent one at the villa next door.
