Central location, good food….

Clean rooms. Friendly employee. The security guard and the room attendant were very enthusiastic.

Read the review and saw that people praised the hotel so I also booked to experience because I go to Saigon a lot in the province, so each time I will book a different hotel. I found the hotel price quite cheap compared to the previous hotels I stayed at so I didn't ask for anything too high, but when I checked in, I found the bed sheet very dirty (many black stains, yellow stains, very dirty pillows. , the hair of the previous guest was still stuck on the yellow gas lamp, but it would have been cold if the white light room had been flat). But I still ignored it until I met the receptionist to borrow an iron, that friend was very unwelcoming to us, very attitude and told me exactly, "According to hotel regulations, there are no hotels. If there is an iron, I must notify the hotel that someone will come to iron it tomorrow morning and pay the fee". If you speak with a happier attitude, I will listen very well and will also od this service. But that kind of disrespecting guests + your attitude made me very uncomfortable, I gave up and immediately booked another hotel to stay. The hotel is not big, but it's as far away from the country as the grandfather in the world. Compared to me, I also stayed at a 5 * hotel from home to abroad, I have not seen any receptionist tell me this rule, there is always an iron and hot water dispenser in the room, and if not, just call those friends to bring it. I'm happy to go up to the room- even if I pay a fee, I'm happy… I don't understand how much this hotel is * but it's so difficult, maybe it's open for fun, the employees go to work to get a job, they don't need guests or anything 😏 The hotel is also not good like the picture so remember to consider. Sincere advice: should avoid :))

I stayed here for the first time, but when I first checked in, the room was not cleaned, then waited for a long time to move down to the 1st floor, there was no phone signal, the key was broken, I couldn't open it, then I moved to the 7th floor. The window is quite mysterious. Staff is not welcoming to customers

The receptionist is extremely friendly and has free room upgrade support, enthusiastically supports check-in/out and inquires before leaving/after returning to the hotel. The location does not need a desk, convenient to move around the center of SG, the rooms are new and quite comfortable. If there is one thing that the hotel needs to improve, it is to support more drinking water for guests. Anyway, will come back if I have a chance.

Book a room like the picture on the app with a balcony, but when you arrive, the hotel will report that all rooms with balconies are under maintenance and there is no apology to guests, talking attitude, not small. The staff is not welcoming to guests, the type is not obligated. The TV has no internet connection, the water in the bathroom is too weak. The room seems to have not had guests for a long time, so there is dust all over the room and the bed. The experience was not satisfying. Won't be back next time!
