(+) Good location, near Semawis Market on foot. Walk a little way down the alley, and there's a laundry across the street. Breakfast is delicious fried rice. You can choose between noodles and fried rice. Tea, coffee, and sugar are provided. There are cups and spoons. You can make instant noodles because there's a hot water dispenser. (-) It's a little way down the alley. It's dark at night, and the gate is closed. You can walk past the hotel next to the gate (I forgot the name). The toilet door won't close. The sink water is small. The room isn't cleaned (sweeping the floor and changing the sheets) unless requested. The only toiletries are soap.

The location is strategic, close to the city center and the Pandanaran souvenir center. The rooms and everything else are great so far. Thank you.

Stayed here for 2 days. The good thing is that there's a cafeteria and a balcony, and free-flow drinks (coffee and tea) are also available.

Actually it was quite comfortable but yesterday we got a back room (near the warehouse) I don't know how long the room has been occupied or not, there was a lot of sawang dust on the bedcover which made it uncomfortable & itchy. The water from the shower also came out small, hangers, toothbrushes & toothpaste were missing. Hopefully the service can be better in terms of cleanliness 🙏🏻
