My experience staying at the Banyu Samudra Hotel was pleasant, but there are a few things that the hotel should pay attention to. First, please change the sheets that someone else used when I wanted to use them. Second, the bathroom was not very clean. Third, I only hoped that they would give me fried rice, and that was only two portions, even though the room was for 4 people.

Nice place, close to the beach entrance and right on the beach. Worth the price.

The second time we stayed, because Santolo doesn't have good accommodation, and the beach access is very close and the beach is quite clean, this time we were disappointed, we stayed in the lobster type for 2 nights at a rate of 750 thousand per night, we were surprised when we checked in that someone was lying down in the room, the room wasn't ready yet and we had to wait, it was a bit strange to see someone lying down relaxing in a room that had already been booked, even though it was the owner, it felt impolite, we waited quite a long time for the room to be ready, and the person lying down was still relaxing inside, we were also rubbing our chests, after a long journey we were already tired seeing such a view, we asked for a change of bedsheets, the officer said the bedsheets were new, even though we saw the bed being used by a stranger, finally the bedsheets were changed too, luckily the officer wasn't curt, the officer was friendly, many of the menus were missing, so staying 2 nights was very boring, self-service, no towels, no TV, no toiletries

I was a bit surprised when I arrived, like I was entering someone's rented space. Stayed in the Lobster room + 2 king-size beds + AC + Kitchen table, sink, electric kettle, cups (they were just sticky, I don't know if they'd been cleaned yet) + There's a food stall, so you can buy snacks. + The food menu is limited, with only sweet and sour seafood and flour options available. I waited an hour for it to be ready, but thankfully, yesterday's sweet and sour squid and crab dishes were delicious and not disappointing. * There are two doors to the room: a sliding door and a kitchen door. The sliding door fits perfectly, so when you open it, you can see the bed, so you lock it, and we enter and exit through the kitchen door. * Access to the beach is just a short walk to the back of the inn. However, the waves were really big when we arrived; I don't know if it's like this on other days. At night, the waves were so big, the sliding door vibrated. - There are lots of ants, so bring mothballs or insect spray. - After bathing the kids, I suddenly found a huge centipede in the room, and I don't know where it came from. Luckily, the kids were still in the bathroom. - No toiletries, towels, or mats were provided (inevitably, the mats were dirty clothes). - The bathroom is right behind the restaurant, so I was worried about being peeped at because it's piped and easy to reach even at adult height. - Because I was playing on the beach, there was a lot of sand, so it was messy and I couldn't stand it, so I borrowed a broom from a food stall. - I read other reviews that the electricity was often out, but thankfully, I got home safely.

That's a picture of the delicious and affordable food. Plus, we can cook for ourselves in the squid-type room. The room is comfortable, perfect for the whole family to gather.

Awesome, very impressive. Hopefully in the future there will be more rooms and more rooms with AC for single beds.

+ Friendly hotel staff. Access to the beach is very close, just to the back, access to the main road is also close, the sunset can be seen from the lodging area. Room type Cumi (largest room) Capacity can accommodate 6 people or even more. Disadvantages: no towels, soap and toothbrushes (toiletries) provided, lots of mosquitoes, no trash can provided. There is a kitchen provided only a stove, frying pan and spatula. Bottled drinking water is not provided. When we stayed for 2 nights yesterday, we were a bit disappointed when we arrived in the hot afternoon, it turned out that the PLN electricity went off automatically and the water also went off until we had to take a bath in a public bath and paid, we were tired from the trip, expecting it to be hot and wanted to take a bath and cool off with the AC, but it turned out that the electricity went off, the generator was only turned on when it was almost evening, when night fell the generator was on and off, the next day the generator was turned off with the excuse that it was hot, even though the sun was scorching hot during the day and we wanted to rest in the room but we couldn't, and it was only turned on when it was almost dark at dusk, as a result we had to buy candles for lighting in the bathroom because it was so dark, we even bought mosquito repellent because there were so many mosquitoes, We got free fried rice for breakfast but it didn't taste good at all.

Last minute booking on Traveloka. Luckily there was still 1 room left. Unfortunately we came at the wrong time, there was a power outage. They said the substation was having problems so all the electricity in the area was out, including our lodging. Luckily, the manager had a generator so our lodging was still on, even though it often went out. (+) when the lights went out, there was a generator (+) the location is very close to the beach and access to the beach is very easy, just go downstairs. we can also enjoy the beach from the open spaces which can be a place to hang out and eat. (+) the open spaces are quite neat compared to other lodgings in the location. (+) the location of the lodging is in front, close to the main road so it's easy to find (+) the parking lot is quite spacious, I can park my motorbike in front of the room. (+) there are stalls and food if you want to have dinner and snacks. I tried the fried rice, 15k (+) various types of rooms are available, starting from the minimalist one like the one I stayed in, with minimal facilities, to the maximum one with AC etc. (+) spacious and comfortable bed (-) only 1 electrical outlet, and it is used by a fan, so if you want to charge you have to be prepared to get hot. (-) generator often goes off, so kids are a bit cranky if the fan goes off (-) bathroom light goes off, not replaced (-) room facilities are very minimalist, similar to boarding houses. there is a mattress, hanger, fan. but the price is quite affordable. so it's okay maybe a children's area can be added in the open spaces. because there is only 1 swing

For cleanliness, it is lacking, such as the electric kettle which turned out to still have water from who knows when because when it was opened it was already slimy, the sink was also dirty. There were no towels, trash cans, amenities, even glasses were not provided. And the gong was that the electricity went out at 12 midnight and came back on at 5 am, because the electricity token ran out 😭 It was really mind blowing the first time I experienced something like this, from midnight to darkness, while enduring the heat while fighting mosquitoes. Please fix everything again, so that guests do not feel discouraged and traumatized to return there again.

I had booked a snapper and paid for it, but when I arrived I was given a regular one, they said it was already occupied, the inn said there was a miscommunication, it was very unprofessional! Also, the staff, a skinny guy, was very unfriendly and cynical.

I came here on a weekday so it was nice and quiet, the rooms were comfortable and very close to the beach.

The food is delicious and cheap. The room is clean and comfortable, the accommodation environment is okay and not noisy.

According to the price. The staff is very good, their service is also ok. Only the room is very dull, the walls and bathroom need to be repainted and dirty. The fan needs to be cleaned. When I wanted to check in from 10 o'clock, for some reason the lights were turned on and off. Is it so that guests are not comfortable and immediately check in? I don't know because I honestly have no plans to extend. Move to the next cleaner inn with a relatively cheaper price
