Already ordered and paid 2 days before. Arriving at the location, it was canceled and the room was full. Very disappointing and detrimental.

The environment is nice, the local people are friendly, the owners are friendly. There is ricefield view. Maybe if I want to play in the Bantul / Imogiri area I will come back here again.

Actually the rooms are quite good, but the cleanliness is very poorly maintained, and the staff is not friendly. In the bathroom there are small spiders, in the room on the 1st floor there are lots of insects (I took a photo of this), he said because it was raining in the morning, but it should still be cleaned, especially since I called to confirm check-in at night between 11am and 11am. 12. The service is also not friendly, when I first arrived I was asked to use an extra bed because the number of guests was more than the room ordered (even though in the app the room was left that much, I even had time to add 1 room when I tried to check the room that was still there, so the intention was to want an extra bed if possible because in the app there is no information about extra beds), when it was okay the extra bed was suddenly told to add a room (even though when we just arrived it was okay to have an extra bed, and we also only had a short time because we checked out early in the morning). When I saw the room was dirty with lots of insects, in the end I just asked for a new room, it's okay, instead I was answered angrily saying the rooms above are of different types, the price is more expensive, as if judging my family is poor (sorry, if there are other hotels that are more expensive in the area) that area and there are still rooms at that time, we just want to move there). It was very strange at first to ask for an extra bed, it was okay to even ask to add a room, it was my turn to add a new room and instead angrily humiliated me as if my family had no money to pay for a more expensive room. As a person who has often stayed in hotels in various regions and my family who work in hotels, I am very surprised that there is a hotel with this bad service (where are we tired after traveling all day by car). Please improve the friendliness and cleanliness of the rooms, even though the rooms are quite ok if they are clean and the service is friendly.

the room is clean, the air conditioner is cold, the bathroom is spacious, near to tourist attractions, just don't regret staying here, especially the owner is kind & friendly .... later if I want to go to Bantul again, I want to stay there again.

There is no TV so the kids are bored with no entertainment and places far from the city.
