I'm so happy that there's a children's tent in the room🥹✨

I stay here almost every month because I also visit my child who goes to school at the Islamic boarding school near the hotel... The place is comfortable.

The staff is very friendly and welcoming, the executive room is very spacious and even has two rest rooms. The hotel ambiance is calm, fresh, and offers a view of Mount Salak. The kids' adventure is quite fun for children. There's a smart TV in the room, and the executive room has a bathtub and an adventure pass because the price is a bit expensive.

Only half an hour from the Bogor toll road, at an affordable price we got a room with direct access to the swimming pool, the most impressive thing was the friendliness of all the staff from the first time we arrived, then we lost our cellphone due to my child's negligence, when we asked if we found the cellphone, it turned out that the staff had already secured it, thank God the cellphone was returned to us, thank you very much to all the staff, we will come back for the next vacation.

A lot of activity options. The staffs were very friendly. Left our phone chargers, but we managed to get those delivered to our home. Thank you so much! Room for improvements: 1. Stayed in 2 connecting rooms, but the lightings/ambiance of the 2 rooms were different, especially since one of the rooms has no lighting on the ceiling that makes it a bit dim at night. 2. When making up room for our second night, our drinking glasses were not replaced. 3. TV only has preset channels and the quality were horrible. The rest of our experiences were great!

We have stayed at this hotel several times over the years, especially when returning home for Eid, and it has always been a reliable choice. The property is spacious, well-maintained, and generally clean, while the staff consistently provide warm and friendly service. However, our most recent stay felt slightly different, particularly when it came to the food. The quality and taste were not quite the same as we remembered from previous visits. Upon inquiry, we were informed that there has been a change in the chef, which may explain the difference. Overall, it remains a comfortable place to stay, though we hope to see the dining experience improve in the future.

There aren't many interesting activities, just the standard lake views. It's difficult to find good food nearby, requiring a trip to Bogor, which is quite far away. The rooms aren't particularly new; they feel like a renovated hotel.

Review from my wife; This is really bad, the service is super duper friendly, good, So far I have stayed at local or foreign hotels, I have never met a service as good as this 🥹, this is the first time I have met a hotel with really good service,,,,,,, From the beginning of entering, I was immediately approached by security, when I checked in I was greeted well by the receptionist and here I started to feel that everything was fine, it was a bit different from the usual, Then during breakfast, I was surprised to be offered with a very polite voice, made coffee & tea without us making a sound👏, Then again, the children were suddenly entertained with ice cream with decorations🥹🙏 not after that, they were given balloons decorated with shapes👏, Then again 🤭 when feeding the animals, the father approached me, directed me and took the carrots quickly by running first, even though it was far away🙏🙏 Oh my, I really respect all the services here, and there are many more actually if I detail them, wherever we stand there, we always feel really appreciated👏👏 even loading things into the car suddenly approached, offered help🤦🏼‍♀️🙏 Stay healthy for all the staff here & keep up the good work for the Lido Hotel. Staying at this hotel was truly the best choice. The kids had a blast with the many activities, from ATVs to ziplining, animal feeding, and more. Overall, it was a great experience.

My first stay at Lido Lake Resort MNC. I stayed for two nights in different rooms. It was a very pleasant stay. The environment was clean and cool. All the staff were very friendly. The food wasn't very varied, but it was all delicious. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

There's no Netflix, and the price is too high for such basic amenities. Cable TV is recommended, as it's essential when guests want to spend time in their rooms.
