The hotel provided excellent service and was close to many restaurants. Most importantly, the room had a hairdryer.

The staff were friendly, the breakfast buffet was decent but not amazing, the room wasn't very clean as I could still see old toothpaste stains on the glass, and the balcony glass was dusty and foggy. Overall, it was okay, and it's quite convenient to walk to the beach from here to watch the sunrise.

The location is right in the tourist center, with the beach right next to the road, and Vincom shopping mall nearby, making it very convenient for families. One of the four rooms had a cigarette smell, despite the staff's efforts to resolve the issue. Ideally, the hotel should replace the cooler with a refrigerator, as this one couldn't even cool the water properly; the temperature was higher than the room temperature. Everything else was quite good: breakfast was varied, room cleanliness was good, and the water pressure was strong. The staff were friendly and helpful.

When I checked in, the receptionist looked unpleasant. I'm Vietnamese, but when I booked a room, they didn't even bother to speak English to my friend. I booked a room on traveloka and there was no breakfast policy. When I arrived, the staff didn't tell me either. It was a terrible feeling to stay here.

The room is super spacious, I stayed in a 2 bedroom room & had a living room area, an outside kitchen area, and a very luxurious dining area. Each bedroom has its own bathroom, very neat & beautiful. The view from above to catch the sunset or sunrise is super cool, delicious breakfast,

The receptionist had a rude attitude towards the customer. Even though I have been a regular customer here many times. This is the first time I have witnessed such rudeness and lack of culture from the staff.
