Great staff. Rooms were clean and has a smart TV which was nice. Staffs were very accommodating. My AC wasn't working well and they fixed it right away for my 12 days stay. Will definitely come back when I have a work trip in Danang again.

I stayed for 4 days, without spring water, bought it myself. Potato chips snack expires. Old, crumpled packages of tea and coffee. Towels are torn, all towels are torn. Blankets and sheets were also torn, but the covers were covered. Staff did not clean, after going out I found the vanity or nightstands still clinging to dust. The TV opened and there were no channels, dark. Luckily, my room was temporarily arranged, if I accidentally came to another room, I saw mold and cracked plaster.

I stayed at Jolia 4 times but the last time was really unhappy. Cold management with customers, not as affable as the previous manager, when she met me, she was also very friendly. The noise room, the room next to each other heard almost. Breakfast quality goes down, too few dishes, cold food, employees are not enthusiastic. This is probably the last time to stay at Jolia. The hotel was good and the food are delicious,have swimming pool,but the place is far from the beach. Need to take a ride to go to the beach.
