The service, especially the receptionist, Ms. Shinta, was friendly and welcoming. The hotel facilities were also quite good. Unfortunately, the water park was out of service after the flash flood. The hot water in the pool and in the rooms was not hot enough. Reportedly, this was due to numerous damaged pipes after the flood. The main attraction, Guci Pancuran 13, was completely destroyed by the flood.

The hotel is clean, the staff is friendly... Check-in was easy, and the service was satisfactory. Just staycation here, no need to go anywhere else. The breakfast is delicious and has a wide variety.

The hotel's view is beautiful, perfect for taking photos, especially in the morning. The breakfast was delicious, but unfortunately, you only get two servings because it was still the fasting day before Eid. The swimming pool was clean after being drained, just warm water, not hot. There's a minimarket with reasonable prices, which makes things easy.

Access to the location is very easy, the staff and room service are very satisfying, plus swimming pool and karaoke facilities.

The hotel is comfortable, the staff is responsive, the food is delicious.

The service was excellent, but there was one slight drawback: the hotel didn't provide information about the free entrance to the first gate of Guci if you had a hotel reservation. There should have been a confirmation, but I felt like it was intentionally omitted upfront. Next time, please just tell the customer without asking. I've stayed at hotels in various regions and always received advance notice.

A recommended hotel for families, it also has a swimming pool with warm water. Overall, it's great.

The lights went out several times in the room, maybe because of the effects of the disaster that PLN is still in the process of repairing, the hot water swimming pool cannot be used because the water is dry, that is also the effect of the disaster that caused the pipes that supply hot water from the mountain to the hotel to be carried away by the flash flood, there is no hot water in the bathroom shower, I asked for a bucket, a dipper & an additional electric kettle so I could take a hot shower and was served well by the hotel staff, I can't take a cold shower because the air there is very cold, breakfast a la carte (because the guests are only me & my husband) but it is quite complete, served according to request, there are: chicken rice packages, soto rice, fruit, hot chocolate drinks & bread + slai, in general the hotel facilities are quite complete, there is a mini market too, it's just that some hotel facilities are currently unable to operate due to the effects of the disaster, the hotel is not that big but it is quite clean & tidy, the service is also good, hopefully in the future the situation will recover quickly so that visitors will be busy again & the service will be better again

I stayed in room N-xx. It's close to the hot springs. The kids loved it. They slept comfortably, and the air was cool even without air conditioning.

The hotel staff service is friendly and professional, the tour around the hotel is varied, got an executive room, the view is of the river and pine trees and can accommodate 1 family... no AC but it's very cold
