Staff was friendly and location was very convenient. They helped us a lot with our luggage and umbrellas. Breakfast was good and room was clean. The pool was beautiful and the Kanvaz Patisserie had absolutely amazing macarons and cakes! My partner and I especially appreciated the staff who helped us prepare breakfast packs for an early Nusa Penida tour (we had to leave before breakfast started). However, we felt like one particular staff member could have been more flexible in helping us with the breakfast pack for an overnight Ijen tour. We were checking the day before if we could have breakfast packed, and he didn't inform us of the result until we approached him again right before we had to leave for the tour. He told us that it wasn't possible and apologized, but we felt that we could have been offered something else instead.

The service was excellent, especially from Mr. Merta at reception. The rooms were large, nice, and clean. A very comfortable boutique hotel, with delicious food. The housekeeping team, Lilis and Aldy, were always available to ask when the room would be cleaned. Everything was very satisfying.

Really enjoyed staying at Kanvaz. The staff were friendly and responsive, the rooms were spacious, clean, and well-lit. The food was varied and delicious! A 4-star hotel with 5-star service and taste! I will definitely come back to Kanvaz if I ever go to Bali!!

The hotel staff is very friendly, the hotel location is strategic, the breakfast is delicious and there are many choices.

As a repeater, i expect to have a better room, but when entering the room i can immedialy feel the room is not totally prepared well to welcoming guest, bad smell and moldy. Even the staff who assist me to the room said that the room is having a bad smell. Soon after having that inconvinience experience i left the room and cancel my stay. I will never go back again

We had an absolutely amazing time at Kanvaz Village Resort Seminyak. The room was spacious and spotless, included the balcony facing pool. The breakfast buffet was delicious. The staff were attentive and went out of their way to ensure that we were comfortable. Swimming pool was also big enough with extra floats. Nothing was too much trouble. Location is very strategic in Seminyak area, nearby lots of cafes and restaurants. We had evening flights, the hotel allowed us for late check out. We can’t fault the place and will definitely go back.
