The place is nice, close to food stalls and Ramayana, but it's a shame the TV can't be used to watch YouTube because the Wi-Fi signal isn't strong on the 3rd floor.

It's ideal for a transit hotel because it's located in the center of Kediri. It's easy to find food and close to the Kediri Grand Mosque.

Booked an executive room, but it wasn't soundproof, and the noise from the people next door was clearly audible. There were only five TV channels. The bathroom was terrible! The toilet wobbled when you sat on it, and there was no toothbrush cup, making brushing your teeth a real hassle.

The air conditioning in the presidential suite leaked, even though it was the most expensive room. Upon entering, the floor was dirty, as if it hadn't been cleaned in a long time, and it was covered in dust. Yes, that was quite the experience.

The hotel is close to the city and easy to find street food. The room is quite clean, but the towels take a while to arrive. The Wi-Fi connection is poor.

Hotel staff is friendly and responsive

The room cleanliness was lacking. When we entered, it was very stuffy and the bathroom smelled. We finally complained and were moved to a room on the third floor, but it was quite better than the previous room. Suggestion: If you have guests checking in, ask for the room to be cleaned first and freshened up. Also, freshen up the bathroom to prevent the smell and stuffiness. Don't wait for guests to complain before moving to another room. Breakfast was great...delicious.

AC isn't cold, wake up sweating, Netflix doesn't work, remote doesn't work, dirty floor, dirty bathroom

Maybe the room needs a lot of improvements in terms of signal... TV and WiFi.... and toothpaste etc.
