This is a lovely, quirky hotel spread out on 2 hectares of stunning gardens. The accommodation is spacious and comfortable; the food at the cafe is delicious and all the staff are very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, the pool is no longer operational, but it was a delight to walk around the gardens. I stayed here as it was in good proximity to Gedong Songo. The things that let this place down are the non-stop noise from the traffic on the street where the hotel is located and the out-of-tune, mumbling-half-talking muezzin in the nearby mosque.

I came here during high season. I initially checked the room without booking the app. Surprisingly, the Rawa Pening room was very comfortable because it was spacious and had a living room. It's an old hotel but well maintained. Although not all the rooms are maintained, the area is very spacious. Morning walks around the hotel area were really fun, cool and quiet. Even though some rooms and villas were abandoned, there was still a spooky vibe in the back area. So I thought, if the back area was renovated again or turned into an elite housing complex, it would definitely sell really well. Because the area is spacious and easy to access. The front area of the hotel has a cafe and restaurant that are always busy from morning to night. So it's not spooky at all. There are swings, seesaws, and there are also several animals like turkeys, birds, etc. Oh yeah, we can also leave food in the freezer because at that time we brought food that needed to be kept frozen. Strategic location, right on the main road, complete villa-style facilities, ample parking, a restaurant, a cafe that's very busy at night, a very spacious area, and a basketball court. The downside of Sumbing 1 room is that the hot water doesn't work and the water is a bit dirty. There's also no water heater so you can't make tea or coffee. But overall, it's okay, I'd come back if I ever go there again.

Stayed here during the Eid al-Fitr holiday, offering a cozy, chill atmosphere typical of Bandungan. The rooms are comfortable, shady, and the spacious garden is full of flowers. A minimalist breakfast is complimentary. There are also plenty of dining options around the hotel if restaurants are closed. It's close to various tourist attractions in the Bandungan area, and the hotel's location on the main road makes it easy to find, even though it's close to the main road, so it's not noisy.
