The hotel is comfortable and quiet, perfect for a relaxing break. Service is prompt and courteous, rooms are tidy, amenities are adequate, and the location is easily accessible. My stay was very satisfying, and I'd love to return again.

The service is good and friendly, the hotel is also clean and the view in the room is really nice, it doesn't make you bored, next time I come here again with my family 🫶🏻 hopefully in the future the hotel will be more successful and more crowded with visitors 👍

The AC is hot and leaking so the AC water drips. I have called the staff but no response. The facilities in the room are incomplete. Asking for an extra bed, they said the staff has gone home. Asking for more towels, they said I have to add an extra bed. So what should I do?? Even though if there is an extra charge for the addition, I'm okay. But everything is confusing. The wifi is intermittent and bad. The room area is not clean, the bathroom smells musty, the lights in the room are dark and some are out, I have informed the staff but only took a picture but it was not fixed. They said they didn't have time to check the room, it's clear that someone already knows who wants to check in but why didn't they double check the room.

Air conditioning doesn't blow cold air, drunk people screaming in the hallway at 3am

The AC is not cold at all. It has been set at 16 degrees but it is only wind. Whereas in other hotels, the AC is usually always at a temperature of 28. It is time to replace the AC unit. I have stayed here several times and there is no improvement. It is still the same with the AC. Bima is hot.

Friendly staff, I came in the morning at 5 am and was greeted by the officer and we left our stuff to go for a walk to find breakfast. We were expected to enter the room at 10.30 am after there was an empty room and it had been cleaned. Thank you for the service.

Choice of hotel if you go to Bima, because the other hotels are in a more peaceful condition, the room lighting is dim, there is only 1 lamp, there is no lighting on the table, the AC is not cold enough.

Check in for transit at this hotel, given a room at the end of the hall which seemed a bit creepy. When asked to move, it was not allowed with the excuse that the rooms were full. The AC did not work, the room was hot and the atmosphere was very uncomfortable. I would not recommend this hotel, and will not come back to stay here again. I'm fed up.

Quite comfortable, the AC works well, the most important thing is there is warm water for bathing.
