TV is not working, thats very bad for 3 stars hotel. but another facility is fine

The hotel's strategic location is not far from the airport and in the city center. There's a supermarket in front of the hotel, which is very convenient. Although the building is old, the balcony view directly over Dramaga Bajo is stunning, making it worth the price. And even though meals aren't provided, you can walk along the street, where there are many delicious cafes and restaurants.

Overall Was Good. Clean. Even though I cant Get The Room with the balcony. But it was a Nice Hotel.

We stayed at km. 25 - TV was off - AC wasn't working (hot) - Shower was only hot for a moment, then cold all the time.

The hotel is close to the Tabegula supermarket and cafe. It's strategically located.

The room is just right, from the balcony you can get a nice view of the pier.

The room is quite spacious, complete facilities.

Unfortunately there is no lift and no breakfast is provided.

The foam mattress is perfect for sleeping, it's pressed against your back, this is the first time I've had a hotel that uses a foam mattress.

Wow, I'm so disappointed, I also don't understand why the rating on Traveloka is at 8.4. Or maybe I'm just not as lucky as other visitors. I checked in after trip selling, you know how tired and happy it is. Once I arrived at the hotel, I wanted to take a short break, I tried to turn on the TV for entertainment because I was alone, the TV had no network, the staff said the wifi was having problems, I was in the hotel room for about 2 hours, the AC didn't feel cold, I thought because I had just gone out and it was hot outside, maybe it hadn't been on yet, after that I went out and came home at night, when I got to the room it really wasn't cold, it was just like a normal breeze.. Then I called the staff and they said to move to the 2nd floor. Okay, I said make sure the TV and AC are cold, they said it's been confirmed, sis. Yes, okay, I went in, the TV turned on, the AC still didn't feel anything, I left it for 20-30 minutes, there was still no change in temperature, I called the staff and they said they wanted to upgrade it to VIP, there was a staff who came to my room to deliver a fan. Okay, then I moved again to what they said was VIP, I also don't understand where it was called VIP, the TV was broken, the sheets looked like I was staying in a dirty hostel, the towels didn't seem to have been changed or what, my hands were itchy from use.

Little renovation in the bathroom would be good. Otherwise, nice place to stay.

Horel Close to everywhere. Just walk to find food or shopping around Labuan Bajo. The view from above is cool. I want to stay here again if I go there again😊👍
