Access is easy, but the only downside is that the rooms are quite small and the limited ventilation makes them feel hot. There's only a fan available. The windows don't open. The owner is very friendly.

Amazing, the man who takes care of it is very kind, the facilities are worth the price, close to everywhere, very clean and comfortable, FYI: I just walked to Malioboro and back to Lempuyangan I can also walk. Minus, the water is a bit smelly, maybe because it uses well water. My suggestion for the management is to switch to using PDAM / collect the water first in a tank and then add a filter to the pipe.

The place is tucked away in an alley, but it's not too difficult to find. The owners are very friendly. My friend and I checked in and out early, but we were still allowed to. The check-in deadline is 11 PM, so be sure to contact the owners before checking in late. This accommodation is perfect for those on a tight budget like us.

I've checked in, but the property is inaccessible, the owner is uncontactable, the location is unclear and dangerous, and the information on the app doesn't reflect the actual conditions. I was forced to leave the property for safety reasons.

My honest experience: (+) Very strategic location, walking distance to Malioboro. When heading to the inn, just search for Bakpao Kana on Google. It's located next to the Bakpao Kana alley. If you follow the inn's address listed on Google, it's quite difficult to find. (+) There are many food vendors outside the alley and it's close to a 24-hour minimarket. In the morning, there's a minimarket selling breakfast food next to the alley, but I think the prices are a bit pricey. Chicken Gudeg rice costs 30,000-50,000. (+) Affordable room rates, perfect for those who need a short break and have lots of outside activities. (+) Facilities: There are quite a few outdoor bathrooms, four that I saw. There's a dining/hangout area in the inn. Chairs and tables are also provided outside the rooms, and there's a shared kitchen. (+) The owners are very kind and friendly. They even allow you to store your luggage after check-out without additional charges. (+) The room occupancy is limited to two people, so I had three. Suggestion: No more than 3 people because the room is quite small. (+) If male and female guests are in the same room, ask about the legality. (-) The room is 3x3, with a wall-mounted fan. The room is a bit stuffy, so the window or door must be opened for circulation (suitable only for resting). (-) The bathroom water can sometimes smell a bit. (-) Towels and toiletries are not provided. (-) The receptionist is not on standby at the reception desk. (-) The receptionist, who introduced herself as the owner's daughter, was very rude, and spoke in a high-pitched voice. When I was about to check out, she wasn't there. I rang the bell (hit the gong several times), and she came out of the room, shouting, "Just leave the key on the table." Then I was left in the room unaccompanied. Very unfortunate. A small suggestion: please improve the service.
