Stayed for 3 days and 2 nights.. Had a miscommunication on the receptionist on duty on the Oct 28th morning shift, she asked me to pay for the 2pax additional but not discussed properly bout the free breakfast. Tv signal is poor from day 1 until check out. Techs tried to fix but the management says that their TV cable or signal provider is fixing something. The hot water in shower area is only about 10 percent hot or should I describe it as colder than lukewarm water, even on the other room where my companion stays. Has no shower glass door so its kinda cold while taking a bath as the lower part of the bathroom door has no glassdor bottom seal so the cold from A/C enters the bathroom. I raised the concern and asked the tech who also checks on the TV to maybe they can put some door seal on it but nothing happened. We have stayed in Travelite express twice and I can say that it's way better than Travelite legarda to think its bigger than express. The good part is they let us stay on the hotel lobby while we are waiting for out scheduled trip going back to manila. Bellman is accomodating and helpful.

My 2nd time staying here. The 1st one was perfect. This time not so. Paid extra bed was not yet set up when we arrived. It took so long to have it set up. We were so tired and it was 3am. Water heater didn't work. It turned out, we have to run the water for 20 mins non stop for it to give semi warm water, no hot water. What a waste of water! Sandwich at the cafe served cold. Fries was OK. Hoping for improvement in the future.

I am a British Citizen, live in London, I reserve Twin Standard Room for my two filipino grand daughters for two nights, to take their ielts exam on computers at Baguio Centre. I have been reported that this hotel is excellent, good chinese food (their favourite), very quiet, staff are very helpful, polite and friendly. I would love to stay at Travelite, Legarda, Baguio, during my next holidays in Philippines. Ram Malik (grand father).

It's a great hotel with a nice breakfast at Abacus. What is missing, though, are some more tables or cabinets in the room.

Hotel staff are friendly and the place is located in the area near the busy area.

Other staff are rude especially our front desk associate, Jhayvee. Not very welcoming.

Place: Good near burnham park. Room: Sad there 's no bidet. Bed: Good.

I stayed for 3D2N. I arrived early in the morning in baguio and the staff are kind enough to let me check in earlier. The room was clean and I am satisfied with my stay. I just wish the hotel had cabinets and a telephone so that I can just communicate with the lobby if needed. The remote in my room was for different room so I was not able to watch on TV (didn't try to bother staff for it).

This hotel is so appealing from the moment you enter. The interior is so beautiful. The staff is accommodating. The rooms are clean. Yeah. Highly recommended.

There's No phone in the room, So if you have questions you need to go down from the 6th floor to their FD and there's No biddet in the bathroom. I still give 2 stars rating tho, just didn't meet my expectations with the price of the room.

No hairdryer. Ac leaking. Lack of tissue for 2 nights stay.

During my last day of stay. Hot shower was not working, no hot water bath!

Its a clean hotel and have friendly kuya guard who always welcoming and assist us. Its near to Burnham park and session road. Lot of restaurant to choose in the near areas. Thank you and highly recommended.

No table and chair to eat. They don't change bed linen upon upon request. Hassle parking due to 2 car per slot. You will be called if the inner car will go out. No bottled water.

Good location, very near the city center. Gerry 's grill is downstairs and 7-eleven is walking distance. However, this hotel needs to improve their car parking system. Vehicles are double-parked, causing inconvenience to each other during movements. Our room have thin walls, you can hear the noise from the adjacent room. There is no telephone line on the room. The comfort room is good, but bidet is not installed. Poor quality of blanket and pillows. Water dispenser is available near the elevator. Front office staff needs to smile and communicate more and be more accommodating whenever a guest approaches the lobby. 2.5/5 rating for me. Hope you can improve in the future.

Had a comfortable stay. Guards and the staff were nice and hospitable. However, I suggest that they add a table and a chair in the room so that guests could eat or work properly.

What we liked:-Very spacious room.-TV is big.-Decent Wi-Fi connection. What we didn't like:-Some missing hotel essentials. Bidet, blow dryer, refrigerator.-The water in the shower area heats slowly.- No door covering the shower area so the floor tends to be messy and slippery.- Unreachable front desk (We tried calling about 3-5 times regarding the air conditioning not turning on but upon looking up on Facebook, we just found out for ourselves that the whole city implemented a power interruption). The hotel should've informed us this info prior to check-in because Baguio City announced this on their FB page. We're not heavily affected by this since we're out most of the time to visit tourist spots.- Unavailable Double Bed so they just gave us 2 single beds.
