The reception staff were very good. The room was clean and smelled nice. It was good value for money, and the price was affordable. However, the alley leading to the hotel was quite dark.

On Tuesday around noon, the housekeeper used a spare key to unlock the door without knocking, claiming she had unlocked the wrong room and that the balcony door was open, even though our room was closed. We booked the room for March 16-19, 2026. Please pay more attention to the security of your guests, especially a solo female traveler. 🙏

Checked in at night, and the staff were very friendly. The room was very nice, and it was very comfortable to sleep in. The AC was cold, and the soundproofing was decent. Recommended. It's also close to the airport. The ambiance is very nice.

I would like you to take care of the water pump system in the guest room. It is very noisy. I wake up with a start every time the water pump starts working. The guest room is spacious, comfortable, and clean. The staff provides good service.

The hotel is clean. The hotel is very clean. The pillows are soft. The bed is big, as advertised. The bathroom is clean. The water pressure is good and hot. The uncle who takes care of us at night is also friendly. If you need extra spoons, glasses or pillows, you can contact him for free. Very good.

Thank you for your comment. The hotel is close to the airport. 13 kilometers from the city center For room air conditioners The position is opposite to the bed position. It may take around 30 minutes for the air to cool throughout the room. If there is a chance ahead, Khun Kanok Rawee can inform the staff about their stay. So that we can turn on the air conditioner first Or if not really cold, can request to change the room immediately
