I've stayed here twice. It's always been a pleasant and memorable experience. The rooms and bathrooms are clean. The food is also delicious. I think the amenities are lacking. The soap is only provided in a mini bottle along with a toothbrush. So every time you stay you have to bring your own shampoo, soap, and toothbrush. The hotel hallways are very fragrant and clean. The location is very strategic and very close to Bandung station. Less than 10 minutes. I will continue to stay at Kampoeng if I travel to Bandung again 👍🏻

But because we were tired, we asked to change rooms, so we could rest immediately and thank God we were changed to a better room. A little suggestion to pay attention to, Sis, the TV remote and the bathroom, specifically where the shower is, the shower cannot be hung up so it has to be held. The location is very strategic, located in the Pasir Kaliki area. It's very close to Bandung Station, shopping centers like Istana Plaza, and is surrounded by many cute coffee shops. The rooms are clean and comfortable. However, the hotel doesn't provide slippers, and amenities like towels need updating.

Check-in date was June 6-7. Overall everything was fine, but there was a disclaimer incident earlier, two hours had passed between the incident and check-in time. While I was resting, someone suddenly forced open the door, fortunately it was double-locked. Initially, I complained by calling the room to the FO and was informed that it was the wrong check-in officer, which we understood. Then the next day before checking out, I complained again to the FO directly. The FO stated that the guest was in the wrong room. How could the guest be in the wrong room, with a different key, but it was still open and it seemed like they were forcing their way in...

The rooms are clean, the facilities are complete, and the staff are friendly.

Overall, this hotel has really good service.

Couldn't sleep, woke up from 3:30-4:30 AM because the connecting room was so noisy that it clearly wasn't soundproof, disturbing our rest after a long day of activities and needed rest. I contacted the front desk to reprimand them, but perhaps the room wasn't soundproof. By 6 AM, the noise had started again, and complaining again seemed pointless.

The stay was a great experience, I'll be back. It was worth the price. My card was damaged on the second day, and the hair dryer smelled burnt. And the hot water didn't work.

There were only a few small ants on the table, probably because they had just eaten.
