Nice hotel, most importantly is cleanliness.

I like the daily clean-up services. The location is very near, and almost every night we walk around to hunt for dinner and supper.

Hotel location is perfect, very conveniently located around of the heritage walks! Hotel is really nice, modern and very well maintained. Breakfast options is super limited. The only issue we experienced was with the parking! Their parking exit gate was BROKEN, even after we scanned the card, the gate was not opened! We called through the help button, but the operator was NEVER came to help us! He even seems like pretended that he was unable to hear us! We waited for 15 minutes, unable to get out from the parking, but NO ONE help us! Seems like they have very limited employees. So we opened the gate manually by ourselves. That was ruined our mood a bit. They really need to improve their services!

The hotel location is nice. It is nearby a lot of attractions. You can just walk around to see the jetty, the wall arts place. The buildings around that area is full of heritage, so beautiful.

It's my 5th time staying in this hotel, Victoria Garden is located in the quiet area of the famous George Town. Easily going around l, lots of food and coffee shops nearby. The room is clean, decent amenities and functional, what else do you need. Good good good 👍

Location is perfect, surrounded by cafe, food, bars and entertainment, you name it. From Indian, Malay, Peranakan, Chinese until Peranakan, all easy access. Great location, if you’re on medical trip, you’ll feel calm and have your own nest from hospital.

Huge room, very clean and so nice interior design. Only the wall is thinner, can hear the sound from people walking at corridor and lift lobby. Overall is great

The hotel is too stingy. If you ask for more mineral water you have to pay. Other hotels have never been like this. Finally I was given just 1 bottle after complaining.

There was a fowl smell from the room due to the disposal of garbage from the room.

Very comfortable and can say the room still lookin new! Near to Jetty and very european kind of vibes surrounding. If you ade hungry at night, there are also cafe available opposite of hotel. Good basic breakfast as well. Coming again son.
